• Do you have an age minimum?
    • Yes, we are an 18+ establishment due to its sexual nature. There are the occasional 21+ events as well.

  • When are you open?
    • Our hours vary by event, but you can contact us 24/7 through any of our social media, or by phone during the event hours listed on google. 
    • Please refer to our calendar for the most updated information.

  • What’s your dress code?
    • We want our guests to be comfortable during their stay. Our general rule is street clothes to the door, and anything inside. However, certain events have their own stipulations (formal wear, no latex, etc.) Please refer to event descriptions and/or contact the event host for further clarification.

  • How much is the door fee?
    • Each event has its own pricing scale. Refer to event descriptions for more information.​
  • Do you have a listing of karaoke songs
    • We have books available at the event as well as an online song list, and a request page. That will get your songs onto our list for the night

Private Rentals

Some rentals will require a deposit. If a deposit is required and a rental is canceled we will hold the deposit pending the rental to another party. If a new party does rent that date, then the deposit is returned in full to the original renter. If there is not a new rental made then the deposit will be either partially or fully forfeited according to the following schedule:

If rental was canceled with less than 72 hours notice deposit will NOT be refunded.
If the rental is canceled with less than 2 weeks notice than 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • Do I need a membership?
    • No, but there is some great benefits to having them, such as discounts and entry into special events.

  • Do you have a coat check?
    • No, but there is a coat rack for our guests that located past the entrance to Catalyst

  • Do you allow cell phones?
    • Phones are strictly forbidden in the Reformatory & Snuggle Den. If you are unsure about an event's policy on phone use, please refer to the person at the Glass Munkey Counter

  • Can I hold my event there?
    • Yes! Please contact us with your event ideas and we will respond with more information.
    • A host form will then be completed and processed after a thorough walk-through.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes, we accept all major credit cards. There are nearby ATMs if you prefer to pay in cash.
